Real Salt Lake could be getting much-needed help to their attacking lines with reports out of Paraguay claiming the club is on the verge of signing winger Osmar Leguizamon.
The 24-year-old scored five goals in 15 starts for Sportivo Luqueno of Paraguay’s Primera Division this year while on loan from Olimpia.
Paraguayan radio station ABC Cardinal first reported the possible transfer, quoting Leguizamon’s agent, Jani Demas, who claimed that negotiations are nearly complete. The Salt Lake Tribune, citing a source, reports there’s been contact between RSL and Leguizamon’s representatives, but a deal is not finalized.
