Juventus midfielder, Sami Khedira, has revealed that he would consider a move away from Europe, claiming that America and Australia are particularly intriguing destinations for the future.
Despite only joining the Bianconeri in 2015, the Germany international has since praised the recent development of the respective leagues, claiming that he cannot see any reason as to why he would not make a potential switch there.
“I think it is important to think in the long-term and not just the present,” said Khedira to the Herald Sun. “The MLS and the Australian championship have grown a lot in recent years.
“So yes, I do not see why I would not try to experience an adventure there.”
Since making his move from Real Madrid to Serie A, Khedira has been partially blighted by injury, meaning that he has made only 16 domestic appearances for the reigning Italian champions.
