1-. Paul Robinson
Former England goalkeeper Paul Robinson has the notable achievement of having scored, assisted and won a penalty in the league. In addition to this he also has more Premier League assists than any other keeper. 5 in total.
2- James Milner
James Milner has scored in a record 57 different Premier League games. In addition to this, every game was a winning one!
Only three players born after the league began (August 1992) have scored league hat-tricks: Raheem Sterling, Harry Kane and Romelu Lukaku.
4- Gordon Strachan
Gordon Strachan is the only person born before 1960 to score a Premier League hat-trick.
5- David James
David and James were the most common first names in the Premier League in 2010/11 (25 in total). Strangely, it was the first season in which David James did not appear.
Newcastle United won an incredible 34 points from losing positions in 2001/02. t was also the same number of points that they won in total when they were relegated seven years later.
7- George Boyd
In 2014/15, George Boyd was the the fourth player to play for 2 teams which were relegated in the same Premier League season. The others were Mark Robins in 94/95, Steve Kabba in 06/07 and David Nugent in 09/10.
8- Two feet
~There are 2 players to have scored Premier League penalties with both feet. They are Bobby Zamora and Obafemi Martins.
9- Ryan Giggs
It’s incredible to think that he has been substituted more times than any other player (134). Potentially this was down to the length of his footballing career.
10- Mario Balotelli
His only assist in the league was for Sergio Aguero’s title-winning goal vs QPR. It was a good time not to be selfish.
